print it and fax to (403) 250-8617. If you have Acrobat 6 Full Version
you will be able to email directly to sales@walthealy.com

Option Two:
Click here to download the text version of our credit application.
Choose "SAVE" option. Save to a location on your computer.
Open in either "Wordpad" or Word". Fill in and save the completed form.
Attach the completed form to an email and send to sales@walthealy.com
